Wojciech Szczesny mentioned his new foe-cum-colleague Petr Cech on his Twitter handle yesterday as a sign of welcome and as a consequence, the British media are now linking the names of every wantaway and unsettled players with Arsenal.

Eduardo Vargas is the newest name to have attracted interest from the Gunners despite failing miserably in the Premier League last season with relegated Queens Park Rangers notching up just a meagre of three goals.

The Napoli outcast, along with Alexis Sanchez is on international duty currently with Chile and he seems to be on course to revive his distorted football career, having netted twice against Peru in the semi-finals of Copa America.

It was falsely reported that Alexis Sanchez was smooth-talking Arturo Vidal into signing an Arsenal contract, but recent suggestions claim that the former Barcelona is, indeed, smooth-talking, but it is Arsene Wenger, who would likely be smooth-talked into signing his compatriot.

At an age of twenty-five, the probability of him becoming the striker he was never destined to be is close to zero. In other words, he could never meet the demands of the Emirates Stadium attendance.

While the likes of Alexandre Lacazette are still available in the transfer market, moving for someone, who is not even an upgrade to (with all due respect) Danny Welbeck is certainly not be the type of transfer activity that Arsene Wenger would engage in.

Wabs, what are you talking about?? First of all Cech and Silvestre cant be compared, Silvestre never was world class... What do you want with 2 new midfielders??? Were on earth would you put the likes of Wilshere, Ramsey and Carzola? And you also want to ditch Coquelin? Get real, maybe one striker is on the porch, and if we are really lucky then also a DM. CD is Per, Kos, Gabriel and Callum.

Wenger should stop stories and act like other managers. He has so far done what we call a 50-50 purchasing by bringing in Peter Chek. The chances of him standing to defend his first ability is a half, and that mean Wenger should be ready to go in for another goal keeper next season. Any body would ask himself why Wenger had to go for somebody that has been dropped from his number one position. This reminds as of the time of Silvester's move from Man U to Arsenal.
Wenger needs to think broadly and also take senior players suggestions. We need 4 better player at lowest an attacker, 2 characteristic defending midfielders and a central defender. I believe Arsenal has enough of the attacking midfielders (No 7, 8, 10, 11) depending of the format of play.
