According to reports from the Daily Telegraph, under pressure Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has rejected a mindboggling £30 million-per-year offer from the Chinese Super League.

Wenger is currently nearing the end of his contract at Arsenal and as a result, an unnamed Chinese club was reportedly prepared to splash the cash in order to lure the veteran manager to the Far-East.

However, the 67-year-old has not been tempted by the contract and is currently mulling over whether to extend his stay at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke has tabled a two-year contract extension offer to Wenger, which includes a 25 per cent increase from around £8m-a-year to around £10m-a-year and the Gunners chief is desperate for the Frenchman to accept the new terms.

Arsenal fans will surely not be happy with the improved contract handed to Wenger after perceived failures in the Premier League title race and the Champions League in recent years but it is not clear if the veteran boss will accept the offer from the Gunners as he is clearly not making his future decision on the basis of financial gains after rejecting China.

Andrea Belotti impresses in front of Arsenal scouts

Arsenal scouts were present at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence on Monday night to watch the clash between Fiorentina and Torino to cast a close eye on reported target Andrea Belotti.

If indeed the motive of the trip is true, the Arsenal scouts would surely have been impressed with Belotti’s performance as he recovered from a missed penalty to grab a wonderful brace and earn Torino a point in an exciting 2-2 draw.

Alvaro Morata delivers ultimatum to Real Madrid

Arsenal and Chelsea have been long time admirers of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata and the two interested parties are now allegedly provided with a huge boost in their hopes of signing the Spanish international.

Morata has found regular first team football at the Santiago Bernabeu hard to come by this season and according to Spanish news outlet Don Balon, the striker has issued an ultimatum to manager Zinedine Zidane regarding his future at the club.

Off course Kronkie wants to keep Wenger on, he is making £50M a year for the club. He dose not care about the fan, this is obvious because he never attends. Wenger has been given the last three years to improve, results no improvement on field, bank balance fine. Need to change manager and board.

Look! Why are we in hurry. Succession plan is very critical for Arsenal. Wenger should remain for one more term while looking for someone who will take over. We like Arsenal because of its style of playing. Bring in former Arsenal player e.g Dennis Benchamp or Viera to be under Wenger for one term then let our beloved Professor to go. If we will panic we are going to loose what we have and regret the rest of our life. Persistence is very important

For the past few years I've always had this dread that you would never leave the Arsenal and even if you gave up managing the Arsenal you would still be the puppet master dictating team tactics and every transfer . But if you accept this offer from China you would be not be having a hands on position here. Go Wenger, go!
