Arsene Wenger has revealed the team news ahead of Arsenal's League Cup quarter-final with Bradford City.

The League Cup is probably Arsenal's best chance of silverware this season, and it seems the Gunners will take a strong squad up north in an effort to ensure qualification.

Giroud, Walcott out

Olivier Giroud has been ruled out with a back injury sustained in the game against West Brom, while Theo Walcott remains unavailable (contractivitis?). Andre Santos, Abou Diaby and Laurent Koscielny remain sidelined with longer-term injuries.

As well as the first-teamers, youngsters Nico Yennaris and Ignasi Miquel are out of the game, though they probably would have travelled had they been fit.

The Don

Much to everyone's delight, goalkeeper Vito Mannone is back in the squad, though Wojciech Sczezny will likely start over the Italian. I say likely, I mean hopefully, or it's essential that.

Damian Martinez could also continue in goal as he has in both League Cup games this season, though he conceded five last time out at Reading (for those unfamiliar, it's a LONG story).

A few youngsters aside, it seems the whole first team will be travelling. Reports suggest the team are desperate to win a trophy, a view backed up by Mikel Arteta. Hopefully they'll have the right mindset to beat a League 2 side with a minimum of fuss.
