Reports are emerging that Bayern Munich’s Mario Mandzukic’s agent is in London to discuss a potential move to Arsenal.

That was backed up by Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio. Di Marzio went on to say that “Mandzukic’s agent is heading to London for talks with Chelsea and Arsenal about his client.”

Metro have been covering this story as well and had the following to say:

“Reports in Germany say Arsenal officials are due to sit down to discuss a possible deal, with Arsene Wenger ready to move in to try and snap him up.

Mandzukic would be a great signing for Arsenal a physical threat who can score goals and has shown in on the big stage, however, he has a strong resemblance to Giroud.

This is because they both have similar jobs and in my personal opinion Arsenal need a fast centre forward which can stretch the back four but can also hold up the ball.

Mandzukic is rated at about £25m.
