Arsene Wenger brought down Alexis Sanchez in a deal worth £32million from Barcelona last season, but the Arsenal manager looks coy not to raid Camp Nou for yet another forward player as his sights are set on Munir El Haddadi this term.

Spanish media suggest that the Gunners are in advanced talks with the Spanish outfit over a loan deal for the 19-year-old and it is believed that Arsene Wenger wants an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the next campaign after failing in his attempts to land the highly-rated forward last winter.

The Spanish international is apparently unhappy with his playing time limited under Luis Enrique and wants to push through a deal away from Barcelona this summer as he no longer wants to feature only in Segunda Division and watch as a trio of Neymar, Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi deny him of his first-team chances.

Barcelona are reluctant to let their youth product go unless Arsene Wenger makes a lucrative offer for the outcast, but it is believed that the striker and his agent are set to meet up with Barcelona representatives to discuss his future.

Arsene Wenger sees the youngster as a perfect fixture in an Arsenal team as he seemingly possesses enticing attributes such as pace and dribbles, not to mention his eye for the goal. At a tender age of nineteen, he may well be touted to form a striking partnership with Chuba Akpom in the years to come, if the transfer comes to fruition.
