Fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal will be battling out against each other on Sunday and the match is of major significance as it will be the last ever North London derby to be held at the famous White Hart Lane Stadium.

Apart from the historic importance of the match, both teams will be desperate to claim the three points from the encounter to aid their respective aims for the campaign.

Tottenham will be hopeful of narrowing the gap on Chelsea for the Premier League title while Arsenal will be keen on boosting their top four aspirations.

Team news

Arsenal have a number of injury concerns ahead of the game and arguably the biggest worry for manager Arsene Wenger is the availability of defender Laurent Koscielny.

The Frenchman has been rated as 60/40 to feature on the day after he suffered a knee problem in the 1-0 victory over Leicester City in midweek. In addition, Shkodran Mustafi remains ruled out and there is a strong possibility that Nacho Monreal will have to fill in at central defence.

Gabriel and Rob Holding look certain to be starting while the wing back positions could be filled in by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Kieran Gibbs, with Hector Bellerin dropping out.

Granit Xhaka and Aaron Ramsey appear the likely central midfield partnership but Francis Coquelin and Mohamed Elneny are the other options as well.

In the attacking roles, Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil could be handed the nod and Alexis Sanchez is likely to be leading the line ahead of the likes of Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck. Lucas Perez remains a doubt and Santi Cazorla is out for the season.

Arsenal expected line-up

3-4-2-1: Cech, Gabriel, Koscielny, Monreal, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Xhaka, Gibbs, Ozil, Sanchez, Giroud

Tottenham expected line-up

3-4-2-1: Lloris; Trippier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Davies; Dier, Wanyama; Eriksen, Alli, Son; Kane
