Tomas Rosicky is back in training after missing the entirety of this season with a tendon injury, picked up at Euro 2012.
Good News
This isn’t just good news, I think it’s great news. Rosicky has so much ability and his adaptability will bolster the midfield options, something that is greatly needed.
“He can play in the position of Santi Cazorla and can play with Santi Cazorla. I love Tomas Rosicky’s game because he’s a guy who can speed up the game.”
Wenger is clearly a big fan of the little Czech playmaker and the thought of him playing alongside Santi is a mouth – watering prospect, even the fact we now have genuine cover is the best part about Tomas’ return.
When Will We See Him?
Obviously after so long Rosicky isn’t going to be at match fitness right away so he’s going to need a couple of games with the reserves to get to match pace and then a substitute appearance to ease into first team football.
Without a doubt though that he’ll be playing first team football before Christmas, and with such a busy schedule his return could just be a massive boost.
