David Villa, a target for both Arsenal and Spurs, is set to look at offers on the table for his services.
The forward appears set to leave Barcelona after an unhappy season under Tito Vilanova, despite claims from their club president that he will be honouring his contract.
He of course came close to joining Arsenal in the summer, only for the move to be blocked.

The Spanish record scorer refused to comment on speculation about his future, insisting he was concentrating fully on playing for Spain in the Confederations Cup (how many times have we heard that before):
"I have a contract and I have always said that I'm very happy at Barcelona.
"Throughout my career, I have always been respectful of my current club. Right now, I'm just thinking about doing a good job in Brazil - and then we will see."
Arsenal have Villa as a backup target to the likes of Gonzalo Higuain, while Spurs are rather more keen on his services.
It’s believed both clubs have made contract offers, and it’s down to Villa to decide which club he wants to join. There have also been rumours of Juventus and Galatasaray being interested, but a move to the Premier League seems to appeal most to him.
The 31-year-old would be a useful addition, but should only be considered if a deal for Higuain or Rooney (particularly the former) fails to materialise.
