Sunday afternoons match saw a draw between inform Arsenal and Chelsea who now look like premier league winners. Although, it ended 0-0, the first half was entertaining with penalty shouts galore but the second hard was a lot quieter.

Ospina 7 – Could have given a penalty away earlier on but pulled off a smart save to deny Ramires.

Bellerin 7 – Bellerin’s form continues and kept Hazard quiet for all of the game. The biggest compliment I can give is that Hazard was hardly mentioned and cleared Oscar’s lob off the line.

The match today saw Arsenal get to their second consecutive FA Cup final after Alexis delivers the goods with two goals however, it was a poor performance.

Szczęsny - 6 – Should have saved the Reading goal but let it in, dealt with the rest quite comfortably and looked controlled while punching the ball clear.

Debuchy - 6 – Didn’t offer much going forward but played well considering he’s been out with an injury.

Mertesacker - 6 – Defended well but looked shaky with Mackie always chasing the ball down.

Saturday night football saw Arsenal record their eight consecutive win which is the first time since the invincibles. A goal by Aaron Ramsey was enough and brings Arsenal within four points of Chelsea once again.

Ospina - 7 – Dealt with everything that came his way although there were not many clear cut chances.

Bellerin - 6 – A quiet game for Bellerin although, he did defend well for large parts of the game and gave Arsenal an outlet on the break.

Mertesacker - 7 – Dealt with the long balls that came Arsenals away and defended well all game.

April started off with a bang and saw Arsenal move up to second. Goals from Bellerin, Ӧzil, Sanchez and Giroud showed why this Arsenal side are offensively as good as anyone in the Premier League.

Ospina - 6 – Never really got tested and maybe should have saved the penalty. Can only recall one save being made.

Arsenal ran out winners in a game which was more difficult than it should have been. This was definitely a game of two halves, Arsenal were great in the first but were poor in the second. The players looked tired and dead on their legs but hung on to a precious 3 points and keep up the momentum.

Ospina - 8 – Ospina who had a quiet first half pulled off two great saves in the second to make sure Arsenal took 3 points home.

Chambers - 6 – Chambers had a fairly quiet game on the attacking front and was okay defensively. Chambers was frustrating at times trying to dribble with the ball all of the time.
