Arsenal remain unbeaten since the opening day defeat and close the gap at the top to three points. Arsenal were not at their scintillating best but three points are all what matters.  Arsenal took an early lead through Sanchez after Bournemouth gifted them the lead however, Bournemouth levelled after Monreal conceded a penalty. Arsenal regained the lead through Walcott before Sanchez finished the game in injury time.

Cech – 7 – Pulled of a wonderful save to deny Afobe to keep Arsenal in the lead.

Debuchy – N/A – Taken of injured in the 15 minute.

Mustafi – 7 - Had a good game in defence and looked more solid today.

Koscielny – 7 – Defended a lot better today than in previous games.

Monreal – 6 – Conceded the penalty and could have conceded a second. Not in the greatest form at the moment.

Xhaka – 8 – Xhaka was excellent throughout and showed why he should start more often.  Xhaka enables moves to happen much quicker.

Elneny – 7 – Looked a lot better next to Xhaka and worked tirelessly throughout the match.

Walcott – 7 –Scored the important second goal but could have been a lot better in his final ball.

Ӧzil – 7 – Ӧzil’s all round play was a lot better today especially his movement off the ball which does not get recognised.

Oxlade-Chamberlain – 6 – Looked a threat when running at defenders and worked hard down that left hand side.

Sanchez – 9 – A terrific performance from Sanchez who scored two goals and looked dangerous all afternoon.

Subs

Gabriel – 6 – Looked shaky at right back but it’s not his natural position. He got better as the match went on and made a few tackles.

Giroud – 6 – Got an assist for the third goal but didn’t really get involved.

Ramsey – 6 – Should have scored and tried to be creative once coming on.

Overall, an important three points in a must win game and to remain unbeaten in November. Next up for Arsenal in West Ham away.

We need a captain,a leader of men, someone the players can look to for guidance, inspiration and drive.we dont have that player.wenger will say wev got 11 captains out their but thats just his usual cobblers for an excuse.overall it was three points but did you enjoy it?was fairy walcott ripping it up? We are back to lacklustre performances while wenger sits and pulls faces and bouldy says the odd word if allowed.would we beat the chavs now?? Ramseys return has slowed us down.the injured players remain injured.im effing sick of this whole set up now, clear out the diabys and bring in some fit players!!!!

We seemed a bit shell shocked after the dubious penalty decision. But in the second half we recovered and played much better. A satisfying win, but can't help feeling so sorry for Debuchy. A latter day Diaby.
