Arsenal take all three points and move up to third in the table. However, the game will be remembered for a long time due to the opener scored by Giroud. A wonderful scorpion flick finish may go down as one of Arsenals best ever goals. Iwobi then scored a nice header in the second half to make it a comfortable afternoon.

A last grasp goal from Giroud secured all three points for Arsenal. The points were much needed with rivals Chelsea and Manchester United securing big wins. However, for most of the afternoon it looked like more dropped points with a poor display.

Two defeats in a week sees Arsenal slip to 4th in the league although, the officiating has been poor in both games.  Arsenal took the lead through a Walcott goal but Arsenal failed to capitalise on the poor City defending. An offside which wasn’t given changed the match with Sane the scorer before Sterling won it for City.

Arsenal come from behind to collect the three points and move up to first in the Premier League.  Xhaka conceded a penalty for an elbow but it looked harsh on the replays. Walcott levelled the match before goals from Ӧzil and Iwobi secured the points. The only real concern is the injury to Mustafi.

Arsenal take the three point to make it back to back wins and move up to second. Arsenal controlled the first half and would have been disappointed to only take a one goal lead into half time. The first half goal was scored by Ӧzil but Sanchez laid it on a plate for him. Arsenal let West Ham into the game and would have equalised if it wasn’t for a Koscielny clearance.  Arsenal doubled their lead through Sanchez who then quickly added a third. Carroll pulled one back before a terrific goal by Oxlade-Chamberlain made it four.  Sanchez then got his hat trick with a wonderful fifth and took the match ball home.
