With Arsenal having problems of late in defence while Koscielny had been injured, the club are now facing pressure in trying to tie the player down to a new contract.
The Club are facing pressure from German Giants Bayern Munich, as well as French giants PSG and money spending Monaco. Arsenal cannot afford to lose another big name defender as Sagna seems to be on his way out.
Koscielny "Boss"cielny
Koscielny has been one of Arsenal's star players this season. Along with Per Mertesacker, the two have had one of the best centre back pairing results in the League. Along with standout performances, Koscielny has played with heart and passion for the club. To lose a player of his stature would result in great consequences and could put Arsenal in a real sticky situation come the transfer window.

This has possibly turned into one of the greatest weeks of late for Arsenal. Arsenal overcome Wigan in the semi-final to make their way to the Final and after tonight, with Everton losing out to Crystal Palace at home, the Gunners find themselves in 4th spot.
The 4th spot is becoming a bigger reality as Arsenal find themselves 1 point above Everton, while Everton still have to play the likes of both Manchester clubs.
If Arsenal were to win every game till the end of the season, Champions League football will be a definite as well as the FA Cup.
One would even feel if Arsenal had to drop points in a game, the 4th spot would surely be theirs, as to beat both Manchester Clubs may just be too difficult for Everton to handle.
Happiness at last for Arsenal fans as the future is looking bright.

A tough 120 minutes at Wembley this weekend has brought more uncertainty to Arsenal’s ever growing injury list ahead of a crucial Premier League fixture with West Ham United.
Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain, Aaron Ramsey, Lukas Podolski, Nacho Monreal and Tomas Rosicky all remain doubtful for the London Derby.
Wojciech Szczesny is expected to return despite an impressive cup performance by his fellow countryman Lukas Fabianski in goal.
Countless Injuries
The list of injuries just seems to keep getting bigger and bigger for Arsenal. One might wonder where their season would have gone if key players had managed to stay fit at this crucial time of the season.

Manchester City defender Micah Richards has put the Gunners on red-hot alert as the Englishman eyes an exit to his Etihad nightmare.
City Boy
It has been reported that Richards is interested in a move away after being frozen out by the club’s recent management, his last start for City coming in early March during the FA Cup loss to Wigan.
Arsène Wenger, reportedly a big fan of the versatile defender, has monitored his position at the club heavily and would be willing to spend big to get an adequate replacement for his long-term right back.

Arsenal fans will be concerned ahead of the FA-Cup semi-final clash against Wigan, after Arsène Wenger admitted there are several doubts to make the squad.
Walking Wounded
The French manager claimed that while Özil and Koscielny will be unable to return to the squad, there are three other injuries that could hamper their progress in the competition.
“We have so many uncertainties about Chamberlain (groin), Gibbs (ankle), Rosicky (thigh). There will be last-minute decisions on those three players. They are all 50:50.”
