One would either have to value the top four as the means to financial success with Champions League insight or value the FA Cup as the only trophy the team will win. Unless one values a top four finish as a "trophy".

Everton...

Everton have been a great team this year putting every team under great threat and pressure and thus pushing for top four is understandable.

Arsenal of late have been a team struggling when under pressure and thus ambition and the will power to win the game will be key for the Gunners. The game against Everton may just be the biggest game of the season as the team are only 4points behind with a game in hand.

This weekend Arsenal are away at Everton for their crunch match which will bring a good result hopefully.

A couple of players may return for the match with no injuries picked up against Manchester City either however, some players will be returning over the next few weeks.

Wenger is hopeful that Aaron Ramsey and Nacho Monreal will both be in the squad however; I would expect them to appear on the bench at the most. Diaby is also back training but will need to build up his fitness.

Former Arsenal midfielder Alex Song is set for a shock return to his old club, following the news that Barcelona will be banned from the next two transfer windows.

The Catalan based club found out the news after FIFA had investigated their actions regarding ten players under the age of 18, the ruling that they had breached terms of conduct.

Return of the king

Song, now 26, claimed only last that he would be open to a move back to the Gunners, the defensive minded player moving prematurely two seasons ago.

Reports emerged today that Arsenal are set to announce their partnership with American medical firm Senare Pharma over new vitamin supplements for the squad and staff.

Medical Move

The move comes after manager Arsène Wenger announced that there would be an inquest into the club’s medical procedures, following a series of morale hampering injuries.

The supplements, that will be an extra nutritional requirement for players to consume before and after games, is known for its rapid muscle restoration and ability to lower cholesterol.
