The fixture between the Premier League champions and FA Cup winners is a traditional curtain-raiser for the new season and takes place at Wembley.

Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis has expressed his disappointed with the allocation the club have received for the Community Shield match against Manchester City on August 10 at 3pm.

The Gunners and City will both receive approximately 26,000 tickets with the price ranging between £20 and £45 for Arsenal fans.

Mario Balotelli’s agent has admitted anything is possible in regard to his clients future, with speculation linking the Italian with a move to Arsenal.

The controversial Italian scored the winner against England on Saturday and could be returning to the country if reports are anything to go by with Arsene Wenger reportedly in the belief that he can tame the forward.

Super Mario set for a move?

Balotelli enjoyed a successful season with AC Milan, though as usual he still courted controversy and is now being linked with a move away from the San Siro.

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla hasn’t given any clues about his future with various clubs linked with the playmaker.

The Spanish midfielder spoke to AS recently and revealed he will talk about his future after the World Cup.

He also added that he has told his agent not to inform him if any offers come in for him.

Arsene Wenger has launched a £25million bid for AC Milan’s Mario Balotelli after the Italian side’s new boss reportedly told the striker he was free to leave the San Siro.

Milan legend Clarence Seedorf was sacked and replaced with the club’s top scorer in European competition, Filippo Inzaghi, on Monday – and the 40-year-old is said to have left Balotelli out of his plans for next season.
