The English tabloid reveals that he has had numerous offers from Championship outfits like Brighton and Hove Albion; however, he has pledged to seize the opportunity the Gunners have presented.

 “This opportunity I have to seize,” he told Dutch regional newspaper De Gelderlander. The chances of the former NEC Nijmegen shot-stopper earning a contract with the Premier League runners-up is slim, especially since he has not been able to earn even a single start for a club that finished tenth in Eredivisie.

Arsenal are ready to activate a £34 million clause in Alexandre Lacazette’s contract in order to persuade the Olympique Lyonnais forward to move to Emirates Stadium this summer, according to Jason Burt of the Telegraph. The report states that Arsene Wenger, who has been covering France’s European Championship games for beIN Sports, has already opened talks with Lacazette’s representatives.
