Reports from France today are claiming that Arsenal could well find themselves in a bidding war with French side PSG over the transfer of Palermo’s Paulo Dybala.

Dybala has been linked with a number of clubs but Arsenal had seemed to be front runners for his signature for some time. According to these reports however, French champions PSG want to weigh in and try and capture the young Argentine.

Arsenal defensive target Gabriel Paulista has come out to the press today, stating that his agent is hard at work to see if a deal to move him to the Emirates is possible.

This comes following his claims last week that playing in England would be a “dream” move for him, when asked about possible Arsenal interest.

According to Tancredi Palmeri the Gunners are to meet with AS Roma representatives over the possible signing of Italian forward Mattia Destro.

The fee being discussed is around €15million-€20million according to the source. Arsenal aren’t the only side said to be interested in the Italian international, however, with both Milan clubs, AC and Inter, apparently chasing his signature.

According to the Sun today, Arsenal shot stopper Wojciech Szczesny has been forced to train with the Arsenal under-21s squad following a fall out with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.

This follows reports of Szczesny receiving a ban for smoking in the showers and also some less than impressive performances, most notably the horror show at St. Mary’s.

The Pole has not played a game since Arsenal’s 2-0 defeat at Southampton on New Year’s Day and it seems as though that will continue for some time following this revelation.

According to The Telegraph today, star striker Edinson Cavani could well be on his way out of French side PSG after coach Laurent Blanc confirmed the news that the club will be getting rid of some players this transfer window.

In a press conference before PSG’s game with Evian, PSG boss, Blanc, stated that some players will be leaving the Paris club in the next month:

"There will certainly be exits out of PSG in the winter market,"
