The good news just keeps on coming for Arsenal fans with it confirmed by the club that England international Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is back in training.

The Gunners midfielder was predicted to make a big impact on the 2014 World Cup but unfortunately suffered a medial knee ligament injury during one of England’s World Cup warm-up games.

The agent of Porto striker Jackson Martinez has revealed that two Serie A clubs are looking at the forward but failed to mention Arsenal among the other clubs interested in his client.

Arsene Wenger has been strongly linked with the Colombian over the past few transfer windows but none more so than this current window.

No interest in Jackson?

Martinez’s agent, Peppino Tirri, told CalcioNews24 that Milan are among the clubs interested in the forward.

Arsenal have already signed one player from Barcelona this summer and under the radar it seems they have snatched another product of the Catalan club.

Alexis Sanchez traded the Camp Nou for the Emirates earlier this month in a transfer that built excitement for all Gunners fans.

And Arsene Wenger has returned to Barcelona for another player and although this signing is only 15-years-old, it is still one to get excited about.

Arsenal have been making plenty of movement in the transfer window over the past few days and one of the perhaps less talked about deals was young Thomas Eisfeld departing the club.

The 21-year-old has moved to Championship side Fulham on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee after struggling for first team opportunities with the Gunners since moving from Borussia Dortmund in January 2012.

Under the watchful eye of fellow German Felix Magath, it will be hoped that Eisfeld can flourish in west London and show his true potential.

Arsenal have begun transfer talks with Catania over the signing of right-back Gino Peruzzi.

The Gunners are looking to add another right-back to their squad and Arsene Wenger has targeted the Argentine as the man to fill the current berth.

France international Mathieu Debuchy will be the first choice for the club next season but Wenger wants a back-up option.
