MAJOR UPDATE HERE: --> LATEST NEWS on Draxler to Arsenal
Yesterday we brought you the news that Julian Draxler was undergoing medical tests to confirm when he will be fit to play again and fortunately it was good news as he’ll be able to resume playing in seven days time.
Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt conducted the Mesut Özil medical before he signed in the summer and now that he has essentially given Draxler the all clear, we seem to be even closer to seeing Draxler in an Arsenal shirt.
No problem with medical
Initial fears believed the German youngster may be out until March with his ruptured tendon but now that he has been presumed nearly fit, it will likely see Arsene Wenger push this deal through before the January transfer window slams shut.

Arsenal have made a signing in the January transfer window just unfortunately it is off the pitch and not on it as Swiss watchmaker JEANRICHARD became a global partner of the club today.
The watchmaker signs up just before the January transfer window clock ticks away to 11pm on Friday night.
JEANRICHARD moves to the Emirates
JEANRICHARD have signed a long-term partnership, which will now have a significant presence on matchdays at the Emirates. The watchmaker will also unveil a limited edition “Arsenal” watch in the near future.

Talks are still flowing for the signature of young German star Draxler from Schalke but with only 2 days left in the transfer window Arsenal need to have back ups which could actually join the club.
Rumours have started to emerge that Polish goalkeeper Lukas Fabianski, who is a summer target for the Bundesliga club, could be part of a deal which sees him go to Schalke and Draxler to London.

Numerous reports are coming from Italy claiming that Juventus striker Marco Vucinic has agreed to join Arsenal on loan.
The Montenegro forward had been rumoured to be on his way to the Emirates as back-up for lone-striker Olivier Giroud and could be offloaded by Juve as they look to bring in Southampton striker Dani Osvaldo.
A six-month loan deal is said to be on the cards with Vucinic the only party not to confirm the deal.
Done Deal?
He was bound for Inter Milan not long ago as part of a swap deal which would see Fredy Guarin go in the opposite direction. The Italian press had claimed that he had cleared out his locker at Juve and completed a medical before the deal was called off.

Arsenal have enquired with Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain over the availability of French international midfielder Blaise Matuidi.
Wenger’s side has been struck with a sudden influx of injuries as FOUR first team stars face lengthy spells on the sidelines through injury and suspension – in a season where it was claimed that there were too many midfielders at the Emirates.
We reported in depth the injuries to Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey yesterday while Mathieu Flamini was sent off in the game with Southampton, and Theo Walcott injured for the season.
Crisis
Ramsey had hoped to be back in the squad for the Southampton game and was set to make his 150th League appearance at St Mary’s.
